Eliminare l'account di Confluenza

Dall'app
- Apri Confluenza e tocca Profilo.
- Tocca Elimina account e conferma.
- Google ti chiede di scegliere di nuovo il tuo account: selezionalo per confermare che sei tu.
L'eliminazione è immediata e non si può annullare.
Se non hai più l'app
Scrivi a confluenza@dcafrevolution.com dall'indirizzo dell'account Google con cui giocavi, con oggetto «Eliminazione account Confluenza». Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e ti rispondiamo a operazione conclusa.
Che cosa viene eliminato
- il profilo di gioco: nome, foto e statistiche;
- lo storico delle partite;
- il salvataggio nel cloud;
- le stanze delle partite online che hai creato;
- l'account di accesso collegato al tuo account Google.
Che cosa resta
- Nelle stanze create da altri giocatori in cui eri ospite, il tuo nome e la tua foto vengono rimossi; la stanza resta, senza più alcun dato che ti identifichi, finché chi l'ha creata non la chiude.
- I dati sul tuo telefono (impostazioni, lezioni, partita in corso) si cancellano disinstallando l'app.
- L'acquisto «Rimuovi pubblicità» resta legato al tuo account Google Play, non all'account di Confluenza.
- Non conserviamo copie dei dati eliminati.
Eliminare solo alcuni dati
Puoi chiedere via email di cancellare solo una parte dei dati, per esempio lo storico delle partite o il salvataggio nel cloud, senza eliminare l'account.

In the app
- Open Confluenza and tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Google asks you to choose your account again: select it to confirm it is you.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Write to confluenza@dcafrevolution.com from the address of the Google account you played with, with the subject “Confluenza account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- your game profile: name, picture and statistics;
- your match history;
- your cloud save;
- the online game rooms you created;
- the sign-in account linked to your Google account.
What remains
- In rooms created by other players where you were the guest, your name and picture are removed; the room stays, with nothing that identifies you, until its creator closes it.
- Data on your phone (settings, lessons, game in progress) is erased by uninstalling the app.
- The “Remove ads” purchase stays linked to your Google Play account, not to the Confluenza account.
- We keep no copy of deleted data.
Deleting only some data
You can ask by email to delete only part of your data, for example the match history or the cloud save, without deleting the account.
